60-Minute Roll and Release
Focused bamboo work across the back, shoulders and neck. Warm rolling strokes ease the tightest areas without leaving you tender afterwards.
Desk-bound shoulders, a stiff lower back, or a first try of bamboo.
Warmed bamboo rolled along tired muscles — deep, even pressure that stays comfortable.
Smooth lengths of bamboo, warmed to a comfortable temperature, are rolled and glided along the muscles alongside the therapist's hands. The warmth softens tissue as the bamboo works, so the pressure reaches deeper than hands alone without the sharpness that deep tissue work can bring. Longer sticks sweep the back, shoulders and legs; shorter ones work the smaller muscles of the hands, feet and neck. Warm oil is applied throughout, and the session closes with lighter strokes to settle the body.
Stubborn back, neck and shoulder tension, tight legs after training, and anyone who wants deep tissue depth but finds firm thumb pressure too intense.
Three durations, one tradition. Each session is fully tailored to your body — choose the length that fits the depth of work you need.

A head-to-toe session working every major muscle group. The bamboo covers broad areas quickly, leaving time to slow down on the spots that need it.
Full-body tension, a heavy training week, or a proper reset.
An unhurried session combining long bamboo strokes with detailed work by hand. Layer by layer, long-held tension is worked out rather than rushed.
Chronic tightness, recovery from heavy physical work, or deep relaxation.

Gentle suction lifts the tissue to ease muscle tension and bring blood flow to tight areas.

Targeted therapy that reduces soreness, improves flexibility, and speeds up recovery for active bodies.

Two therapists, one quiet room. Arrive together and relax side by side.
