Referral Program
Effective Date: July 1, 2024
1. Eligibility
The Real Thai Massage Therapy Referral Program (“Program”) is open to all individuals who create an account with Real Thai Massage Therapy (“Spa”). There are no restrictions on who can participate in the Program.
2. Referral Code and Link
Upon creating an account, each guest will receive a unique referral code and a unique referral link (“Referral Code” and “Referral Link”). These can be shared with others in one-to-one communications, such as through text messaging or email. Sharing Referral Codes or Links through social media or other mass distribution channels is strictly prohibited.
3. Referral Credit
When a new client uses the Referral Code or Referral Link to create an account and completes payment for their first massage, the original guest (“Referrer”) will receive $100 in points (“Referral Points”) credited to their account.
4. Redemption of Points
Referral Points can be redeemed towards any massage service at the Spa. Points can be redeemed partially, with a minimum redemption of $1. Referral Points do not expire.
5. Fraud Prevention
The Spa’s management software oversees the creation and tracking of Referral Codes and Links, incorporating fraud prevention measures. Any suspected fraudulent activity may result in the suspension or termination of the Referrer’s account and forfeiture of Referral Points.
6. Program Modifications
The Spa reserves the right to modify, change, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect Referral Points that have already been accumulated in the Referrer’s account.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be addressed by emailing: hello@realthaimassagetherapy.com.
8. Governing Law
The Program and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any legal proceedings related to these Terms and Conditions or the Program must be brought in the courts of Alberta, Canada.
9. General Terms
By participating in the Program, guests agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Spa reserves the right to disqualify any guest from participation in the Program if they are found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Introductory Offer

The Real Thai Massage Therapy Introductory Offer (“Offer”) is open to all new clients who complete payment for their first massage at Real Thai Massage Therapy (“Spa”) between July 1, 2024, and October 1, 2024. There are no restrictions on who can participate in the Offer.
2. Offer Details
When a new client (“Guest”) completes payment for their first massage within the promotion period, their account will be automatically credited with $100 in loyalty points (“Introductory Points”).
3. Redemption of Points
Introductory Points can be redeemed towards any massage service at the Spa. Points can be redeemed partially, with a minimum redemption of $1. Introductory Points accumulated during the promotion period do not expire.
4. Fraud Prevention
